Delivery

1.1 All prices for goods and services that We sell to you on the Site include (where relevant) VAT. Packaging and delivery is charged separately in the UK and are quoted in pounds sterling.

1.2 If you order goods for postal delivery from Us We use a delivery partner to deliver such goods to you and We aim to deliver them to you according to our prevailing delivery period of 2-5 days where we have the relevant item in stock. Should We not hold the item ordered by you in stock, we will notify you at the email address which you gave Us as part of the Registration Information. We would normally deliver items out of stock within 10-14 working days.

1.3 Please order from Us in enough time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from any delay in the delivery time. Please note that if you order goods or services from a company or website other than latestsale.com you will be responsible for reading that third party’s terms and conditions and for ensuring that you fully understand them. We will not be responsible for such orders from third parties.

1.4 Each order placed with Us is separate and is treated as an individual order although each will be governed by these Terms.

1.5 We will insure any goods ordered by you based on the price on the Site whilst in transit to you. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

1.6 Outside of the UK, delivery charges for goods and services will be calculated on a product-by-product basis and you will be notified in advance of any despatch. We deliver to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and most countries in the EU,  however We reserve the right not to deliver to some countries outside the UK.

1.7 Delivery outside the UK may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company will contact you once the products you have ordered have reached the local customs agency to inform you of the amount of duty that is outstanding.

1.8 Special offer delivery charges to the United States of £15.00 are based on goods purchased to the value of £150.00 or more, weighing less than 3 kilos. Delivery timeframes are 7-10 days from the UK based on Royal Mail,  Parcelforce or courier postal timeframes.

Refunds and Returns

2.1 We aim to ensure that goods ordered from us are packaged securely so that they arrive with you undamaged. However, if goods arrive which have been damaged or have defects, please return goods to Us within 10 working days. We will either replace such goods free of charge or alternatively give you a full refund if you return the product to Us at Latest Sale.com Limited, Returns, Kemp House, 152-160 City Road, Islington South, London, EC1V 2NX-please check the website regularly. Any item despatched to you will indicate this returns address. Once we have assessed the items, the money will be put back on to the credit/debit card that was used to place the order online. We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible, normally within 10 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights.

2.2 Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an order on Our website. If you are unhappy for any reason with goods supplied to you by Us when you receive them please return them with the despatch note, unused, within seven working days of receipt. Please note that any item returned must be returned in its original packaging, with designer tags still attached and We will refund your payment to your credit/debit card after We have inspected the returned product and are satisfied that the product in question has been returned unused and in the condition it was in when delivered to you. Please ensure you obtain a free certificate of posting for all items returned to us.

2.3 Please note that We cannot give refunds for postage and packaging unless the item returned is faulty.

2.4 Please note that We cannot give refunds in respect of personalised goods or goods which by their nature cannot be returned to Us, goods which deteriorate or expire rapidly, pierced earrings sold individually or as part of a jewellery set for hygiene reasons or in relation to any video cassette, CD, DVD or other digital medium where the seal of which has been broken, or any digital file downloaded from the Site. Therefore, when purchasing such items, please think carefully before you buy. Please note that pierced earrings are supplied sealed and will only be accepted for return if they are faulty within the cooling off period of 7 days.
